Apartments with a pool near Zadar: what to know
Zadar's Old Town is too compact for pool apartments, but the surrounding villages (Sukošan, Petrčane, and Bibinje) have a good supply of apartment complexes with shared outdoor pools, plus a handful of private villas. Expect to pay 20–40% more than a comparable apartment without a pool, but split across a family or group, that premium disappears fast.
Worth knowing: beachfront apartments within 50–100m of the sea are often a better option; the Adriatic is warm enough by June and swimmable well into October.
