Why stay in Sukošan?
Sukošan sits on a small peninsula with a marina at its heart. It's quieter and more local-feeling than Bibinje, with a pleasant seafront promenade, a handful of good restaurants, and calm, clear swimming water. The village has its own beach area and is well-connected to Zadar by bus.
If you're travelling with a car, Sukošan makes an excellent budget base. Prices are consistently lower than Zadar itself, and you get more space and free parking as standard.
Best for
Couples, families with cars, anyone who wants quiet evenings, seafront dinners, and easy day trips to Zadar and beyond. Not great if you need walkable nightlife.

Studios from €30–50 off-season, €45–80 shoulder, €80–130 peak. One of the best-value areas near Zadar, especially for larger apartments.
